“Tribute To Classic” – International Bilingual Recitation Conference







2020 “To the Classics” International Bilingual conference is the second bilingual recitation competition in Greater Toronto Area. The event started with Canada and will be gradually penetrated into other English-speaking countries such as Australia and the United Kingdom. The competition is designed to encourage young people growing up around the world to understand Chinese Culture today. Through interaction with mentors and contestants, it can improve ability to communicate across cultures and broaden international perspective. Own experiences and build friendship during the competition to prepare for becoming an international talent in the future.

China is the country with the fastest global development and the greatest potential for development in the 21st century. Mastering the Chinese language culture will definitely bring greater support to the comprehensive development of children. Canada-China Business Culture and the Innovation Exchange Association hosts the 2020 International Bilingual Recitation Conference (Canada), invites you to participate, to show the style of young people growing in Canada, to compete with hundreds of elite students from China. Build friendship and work together to interpret the unique language charm of Chinese culture with bilingualism! The Canadian contestants are trained by experienced teachers who share their valuable knowledge during lessons.
The event was first launched by 21st Century English Education Media of China Daily in Beijing in 2018. Being Introduced and undertaken by Canada-China Business, Culture, and Innovation Exchange Association. The activity was strongly supported by the Chinese Consulate General in Toronto, 3-tiers governments, associations, educational institutions and communities. It already has had an impact for the youth on the cultural exchanges. This event offers an opportunity for the young generation to learn from the mentors and teachers during the training and competitions.
